Our Scalextric Track Design Service offers a full design, supply, and support solution for your Scalextric layout. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced slot car enthusiast, we can help you create a bespoke layout that maximizes your space and provides the ultimate racing experience. Using the latest CAD software and years of experience, we design layouts tailored to your requirements, ensuring both functionality and fun.

To get started, please provide the dimensions of the area where you plan to place your layout, your approximate budget, and the type of track you prefer – analogue or digital. You can also let us know about any special features you would like to include, such as bridges, lap counters, barriers, or scenery. Don’t worry if you cannot draw your ideas; we can work from photos, descriptions, or sketches and guide you step by step.

Once we have all the necessary information, our Scalextric Track Design Service team will prepare detailed layout drawings. These include a full list of the track required and the total price of your layout. This ensures that when you assemble your set, everything fits perfectly and nothing is overlooked.

Our design service is priced at £25 per hour plus VAT, with a minimum of two hours. The cost covers the design work only; no physical products are included. We work at your pace, with no hidden fees, so you can review and approve the layout before we proceed.

We reserve the right to use the design, or parts of it, in our future projects, but if you would like a completely exclusive layout, please let us know. Communication is via email only, and we usually respond very quickly. Please note, we do not offer telephone support.

Dubai Design Week

We were approached by Dubai Design Week to produce a layout. We discussed various options and once the client understood which Scalextric setup he would like, he then sent us a drawing.

We then produced a basic layout so the client could see how it would look.

The client then decided they wanted four lanes instead of two. So we produced a full CAD layout of which this is a sample:

The client then purchased all the track and parts from us and was provided with layout assembly instructions.
