All deliveries are tracked and insured. 

We offer fast delivery and standard delivery - Options at checkout for UK. If you are outside the UK and require quicker delivery, please ask.

UK postage is FREE for standard delivery and a maximum of £7.99 for fast delivery for as many items as you like in one parcel.

UK covers all parts of UK with a UK postcode including Isle Of Man, N Ireland etc.

All prices are shown at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and your country. Therefore, the more items you add to your package, the more you will save on postage.

Most UK items are sent by tracked Royal Mail. An automated email will be sent to you with tracking information, if applicable.

We have one set of shipping prices for the whole of the UK. Therefore, shipping to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man etc is the same price as London, for example.

We ship from Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire, England.

Expected delivery date is an estimate based on the courier. Neither service is guaranteed but are very reliable. If you would like your package to arrive by a certain time (guaranteed delivery), please contact us for a quote.

We cannot delay, pause, hold on or store your shipment. All items are posted within the stated time.

If you have not received your parcel within 24 days, please let us know. If you notify us outside this timescale, we will not be able to make a claim with the courier and therefore we will not be able to refund you.

If a parcel has been attempted delivery it will then be taken to your local delivery depot. If you fail to collect from your local depot, the parcel may be returned to us. Once we receive the parcel back, we will then offer for you to pay postage again or refund minus postage costs. It is your responsibility to observe tracking information of the location of you parcel.

Fast Shipping (up to 2 working days)

Fast shipping is UK only. Cut off time is 2pm. If the order is placed after this time then the 2 working days starts from 2pm the following working day. It is likely that you will receive the parcel on the next working day after we dispatch it but Royal Mail sometimes take a day longer. Working days are Monday to Friday.


Rest of the world

Shipping prices are shown at checkout. Please contact us if your country is not listed. We ship worldwide using tracked shipping.

We are registered for IOSS and our website automatically calculates any import duty costs for you.

EU countries Import taxes are included in the total for EU countries under the IOSS threshold of 150 Euros. This tax information will be shown at checkout. This means you do not have to pay any extra upon delivery of your parcel.

For orders over 150 Euros, UK VAT is removed and you will be required to pay taxes and duties. 

Outside the EU VAT is removed at checkout and you will be responsible for all taxes and duties. 


One question that we are often asked: Can you send the package as friend or family or change the invoice to be lower than actual etc? We can't, sorry. To make this clear: we cannot alter the invoice in any way. The invoice is printed automatically for customs so whatever information you write in the order, is the information used on the invoice. If you need to amend any details, we can cancel the order and you can place the order again.

What is the cost of the tax fees when the purchase price is above €150?
The amount of tax you will pay depends on your country. See link below.

Does the threshold of €150 apply to shipping + total cost of the products purchased or does it apply to the products only?
Customs duty threshold of €150, excludes transport and insurance costs.

Free returns or exchanges (UK only) up to 7 days after delivery. Please email us to request a return - it is a quick and easy process.

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We offer a no quibble return policy within 14 days. We cannot extend this 14 day deadline under any circumstances, sorry.

If you would like to have an exchange, please include a note with the exact full title of the advert of the item you require. 

We cannot accept part of a package as a return. For example, if we supply a pack of 12 curves, we cannot accept 3 curves back because they are unwanted. You must return all 12.

Only one free return per order. For example, if you order a car and a piece of track and return the car using the free returns, you cannot then use the free returns to return the track at a later date. You would be able to return the track and the car in the same return package though.

Once you have contacted us and arranged to return an item, it must be returned within 14 days. It cannot be returned after this time.

We cannot refund fast shipping charges with returns. If you return an item that you paid extra for fast shipping then we cannot refund the fast shipping charge because this has already been paid to the courier.

Returning an item

The item must be unused, complete and with original packaging. Please include your order reference and reason for return.
We cannot accept items without return authorisation.

If an item is returned to us and it is an unauthorised return, we may contact you and ask if you would like to pay to have it shipped to you. We will report our findings to you and you can then decide whether to pay to ship the item(s) to you (£4 per parcel to UK not exceeding 1m or 5kg) or it can be disposed of. If you wish to pay extra for guaranteed post then we can quote for this if requested. If we receive no payment, it will be stored for 14 days and then disposed of. 

Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt for us to action returns and 14 working days during busy periods - November to January.

International customers (outside UK) pay return shipping costs.

International customers (outside UK) - If we have agreed there is a fault with your item, we may refund as a preference to sending a replacement.

If we do decide to pay for a return then we will ask you to obtain a shipping quote and we can only pay a similar cost to what it would cost us to post out to you.

If an item is returned broken (that was not broken in the description or mentioned in your return) then we reserve the right to return it to you without a refund. 

Your statutory rights are not affected.
