The delivery date is an estimate. We will post within our stated dispatch time but the delivery speed is reliant on the courier.
Packages are classed as delivered if the courier company has valid proof stating it has been delivered. Items may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place unless you specifically say that you are not happy with that arrangement. If you would like Royal Mail guaranteed delivery or a courier delivery with signature, please ask for a quote. We cannot refund, under any circumstances, for a claim that a parcel is lost if the tracking shows as delivered.
If you have not received your parcel within 24 days, please let us know. If you notify us outside this timescale, we will not be able to make a claim with the courier and therefore we will not be able to refund you.
If a parcel has been attempted delivery it will then be taken to your local delivery depot. If you fail to collect from your local depot, the parcel may be returned to us. Once we receive the parcel back, we will then offer for you to pay postage again or refund minus postage costs. It is your responsibility to observe tracking information of the location of you parcel.
Action Slot Racing will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data. These limitations of liability apply even if Action Slot Racing has been expressly advised of the potential loss.

It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible.
We will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery. Used items have no guarantee. If the fault with your New item occurs within its guarantee period (if supplied) we will offer you a prompt repair service by ourselves or the manufacturer. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
For a refund or exchange, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, complete with any accessories and free gifts offered and with the original box and packaging.
The cost of postage for returns are to be covered by you.
You can return the product to us .Please include your name, address, email and reason for return. Please contact us for return authorisation and return address. We cannot accept items without return authorisation. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery. If a fault occurs while you are abroad, please contact us to discuss how we can assist.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Items sold on this website are generally intended for normal domestic and consumer use and not for resale or commercial use.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights. Details of your legal rights are available from trading standards or citizens advice consumer service.
If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available up to 14 days from delivery. To cancel your purchase, please contact us by email or by messaging us on the Customer Care page.
Once we have received the goods back from you, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product minus the delivery charge paid. We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of any unnecessary handling by you. Refunds take up to 7 days to be credited to your payment method.
Reward points can be redeemed on any future purchases. If two (or multiple) consecutive purchases are made using the reward points, then we cannot refund any postage costs even though the postage may be combined.
We cannot manipulate the points in any way. This means we cannot use them, on your behalf, to reduce the price of an item, nor can we refund the cash equivalent etc. They are for your sole use on a future purchase.
We reserve the right to withdraw the reward scheme or any of our schemes at any point.
